1. What is Timesdeal?
Timesdeal is a website owned by BCCL (Times of India Group). Everyday we feature unmatched deals with great discounts. The deals are city specific and you should choose your city before placing the order.

2. Do I need to sign up before buying a deal?
Yes you need to sign up before placing a deal. As you will get the deal details and other important information pertaining to your orders and other relevant and attractive deals available within your city. This is one time activity and you would not be required to go through this process again and again.

3. How does Timesdeal work ?
To buy any deal, click on buy and make payment by various payment modes credit card, debit card, online banking and phone. Receive your deal coupons on SMS and Email. Show your coupon at the merchant location and redeem the deal. Its that simple !

4. How do I subscribe to daily deals on my e-mail?
At the top of every page there is a field to enter your e-mail address and phone number for daily deal subscription. You just have to choose your city, enter your mail id and mobile number and click submit. Everyday, on you mail and phone, you will receive the deals available in your city.

5. What is the validity of the coupon?
Please check the fine prints of each deal before placing your order. Each deal may have different validity period.

6. How will I get my coupon?
After successful order placement, the coupon is sent to you on your E-mail and SMS (for prepaid orders that is: credit card and net banking). For Cash on delivery orders, physical coupon will be sent to your shipping address mentioned by you at the time of order placement. The physical coupon will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days only incase the payment mode chosen by you is Cash on delivery .

7. How will I redeem my coupon?
You have to take a print out of the coupon and show it to the merchant (vendor). Remaining payment has to be made to the merchant, incase you have made part payment at the website. It is mandatory to carry your coupon to avail the discount.

8. Cities covered under this deal
Currently we are operational in: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata and Chennai.

9. What payment options are available to make a purchase?
The payment options available are: credit cards, Net banking and Cash on Delivery.

10. Do I need to carry my coupon for availing the discount?
Yes, it is mandatory to carry a print out of the coupon to avail the discount.

11. Is tax included in the purchase or do I have to pay extra?
Please check the Fine Prints before buying the deal.

12. If the coupon has expired, can I still redeem it or extend its validity?
No, once the coupon validity has expired, you cannot redeem it.

13. Can I cancel a deal and get refund?
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. 14. Can I buy multiple coupons? Can I redeem multiple coupons at the same time?
Yes, you can buy more than 1 coupon unless the Fine Prints for any deal explicitly restrict the use of more than 1 coupon.

15. Can I gift coupons?
Yes, you can gift the coupons by entering the email id of the person whom you want to gift the coupons, this will apply where you have made the payment through:- Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or any other prepaid payment option. For Cash on Delivery orders please share the shipping address of the person whom you intend to send the coupons but here the payment has to be made by the receiver (of the physical coupon).

17. By mistake I deleted my coupon e-mail? Can you resend the coupon?
