Evolution
Surat Diamond Jewellery is managed by the 3rd generation of a diamentaire family. Our quality and attention-to-detail ensures that generation after generation of customers has a relationship with diamonds. Today, our brand has a captive Internet and Mail Order audience.
We took a big leap into one-to-one marketing with suratdiamond.com in late 1998. On January 10, 1999, Mona Hair from TEXAS, USA became our first customer when she purchased 2 pearl necklaces online. Today, Surat Diamond Jewellery is featured across leading e-commerce and auction sites in the US, UK, AUSTRALIA and India. We are now an Internet brand, the world is our market and our jewellery is shipped all over the world.
In India, we sell diamond jewellery by mail order, a measure of the trust and confidence reposed in us by customers. We undertake mail order campaigns with leading credit card companies, viz., Citibank, Diners, HSBC, HDFC Bank, ICICI, SBI GE and UTI Bank credit cards and established mobile phone companies, viz., Orange and Tata Indicom.
